Summary:

Seeking an innovative Product and Growth Lead to drive our product development and user expansion strategies. As our 1st PM, you’ll be working to enhance our product offerings and extend our market reach to establish a dominant position in the industry.

Job Responsibilities:

Direct the full product development cycle, from initial testing to project management, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Craft and execute growth strategies to boost product uptake and engagement.

Partner with the design team to continuously improve and innovate the product's design, focusing on user-centric experiences.

Work on growth initiatives through collaboration with sales, R&D, and agent teams.

Requirements:

2+ years in product management, with a strong preference for experience in consumer or video products.

Experience in successful marketing and growth initiatives.

Robust creative and analytical abilities, with a strategic approach to product evolution and user base growth.

Effective communication skills and a collaborative spirit to work synergistically with various teams.

A dynamic, startup mindset with a zeal for innovation and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.

A plus if complemented by an artistic interest and background.

Position is based in Taiwan. Frequent travelling required.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Web前端開發、設計與維護
2. 實現最快的頁面加載、執行和渲染時間
3. 熟悉 React.js 或 Vue.js JavaScript
4. 具備 CSS 語法撰寫經驗
5. 串接第三方API、SDK，Postman測試RESTful API
6. 熟悉前端資訊安全防衛、相關JavaScript Framework/Tool
7. 能依 UI/UX 設計，獨立完成 前端 RWD 開發
8. 熟悉 Git 版本控制

Requirements:【具備條件】

3年以上開發經驗
熟悉跨裝置與跨瀏覽器相容技術

Job Responsibilities:

1. 產品機構問題的分析、處理及品質的改善.  

2. 治具與設備操作SOP撰寫, 規劃導入及驗證計劃.  

3. 產品組裝(測試)治具的圖面設計、發包製作、導入、維護及改善.  

4. 產品組裝(測試)設備的開發、導入、維護及改善.  

5. 生產線組裝(測試)治具(設備)問題的處理及對策的導入. 

6.. 具電子，電源結構開發設計經驗者 

Requirements:【具備條件】

1. Above 4 years product development experience, Technical experience needed. ME or EE experiences 

2. Familiar with electronic products and related test standards 

3. Must have good communication and coordination abilities 

4. Good command of writing and speaking English. 

5. Travelling required.

4年以上产品开发经验，熟知电子产品；技术工程背景，PCB技术背景和懂产品结构分析优先。 

熟知电子产品和相关电子产品测试标准 

良好的沟通和协调能力
